When you use AI-powered features, relevant portions of your business data (such as contract text or financial summaries) may be processed by our AI infrastructure. This processing is used solely to generate insights for you and is not used to train general AI models. AI-generated outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information with: service providers who perform services on our behalf (such as payment processors, cloud hosting providers, and analytics services) under strict confidentiality agreements; professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants where necessary; law enforcement or government authorities when required by law or to protect our rights; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice to you.
